Wow 50%. Well, I'm not sure about that, but anything is possible. I believe there are some that will continue to prosper and others will struggle. Our economy is still chugging along quite well. however, with the UK now following the US the question has to be asked. We dont have the sub prime issues but there are those (especially families) that have borrowed 100%. interest rates will start to test them. In the short term I believe everthing looks ok. But, 2 years down the track, it might be a different story.
