    Now here is something interesting:

    At a current market cap of $55M -$20M we have an enterprise value of $35M. However 36% of shares are owned by insiders so the actual value is $16M. If we take the big investors into account with the insiders then almost 51% is owned by them. At the current share price it would just take an additional $8M on top of the existing company cash to take the company private.
