The assets of ESG still remain undeveloped and ESG would not have developed them had they remained independent. Despite what you thought at the time, this resource was clearly over-valued, so I don't see how you can say you got screwed in the deal. If you had sold your STO shares at the time of the acquisition, you would have done well. Alternatively, ESG would have gone bust by now and you would be left with nothing! The excitement of the commodities hype misled a great many punters/investors (me included).
Recently sold out of STO at a modest profit to pursue other goals.
Pity I didn't wait just another few weeks.....
