The second email address would help ensure no loss of email if Anjuili was sick.

Now, if Anjuili's was the only contact to AVZ referenced in "ASX queries" (consistent with one theory) then AVZ would not be complying with that requirement to email Anjuli and the other tradinghaltsperth@[etc] one now. (They leave Anjuili off).

Contrastingly, (my theory) you can see AVZ's contacts in this most recent announcement are actually to Isabelle and tradinghaltsperth@[etc]. So if Isabelle sent a communication with a similar "When and where to send your response" instuction, AVZ would do what they have actually done and email Isabelle and tradinghalts@[etc].

I don’t want to get stuck into analysis-paralysis, but as far as I can tell:

AVZ send requests to multiple different people!

For example – if we scrutinise the ASX announcements over the past week (in chronological order):

1. 29/03/2018 – ASX Announcement from Anjuli Sinniah "Trading Halt"
2. 29/03/2018 – AVZ write to Ben Secrett "Request for Trading Halt"
3. 29/03/2018 – ASX respond from Anjuli Sinniah
4. 03/04/2018 – AVZ write to Isabelle Andrews
5. 03/04/2018 – ASX respond from Isabelle Andrews

Now I could speculate any number of reasons to support your theory or my theory; Why is Anjuli doing Ben’s work? Why is Isabelle now doing Anjuli’s work?... But, hey, there’s better things to do with our time.

IMO, AVZ probably give the ASX a call to one of their account managers, whomever picks up the phone say “send it to me...”, they handle the immediate request (TH / VS etc) and then deal with it or assign it to a team member etc. I’m pretty sure Anjuli and Isabelle both have access to the group inbox ‘tradinghaltsperth@...’ and I’m pretty sure Anjuli and Isabelle can forward information to and from each other... heck, they may even have a CRM tool or something for such events!

Either way, if there is one set of queries or two (a further ASX query as you infer)...
it doesn’t change anything!:

“IMO – Come Thursday (or when AVZ have their announcement ready)... BOOM!”
