    Big.jimy my thought exactly I heard " Theres Rumble In The Jungle" . One foot in front of the other make sure every step counts and you will come up with a result like I said before my understanding is these guys are very hands on management what is needed in a small start up,rather than sipping on lattes. Trek through the jungle, Trek to some samples and Trek to the drill rig patience is needed but the end result will appear.
