    Certainly smelly.

    Explaining where all his sold shares ended up. If I were ASX or asic I'd demand paperwork to know who the beneficiaries are and when they acquired these. If they let this slide its better for us but a terrible precedent and makes a mockery of corps law and corporate governance regulations
