Agree 100%.. those inpatient ones have clearly never dealt with lawyers in a corporate setting. Very complex and time consuming (and costly). We're not playing a game of dominos here, millions at stake and the time taken to get it all right up front is time better spent now rather than trying to make amendments to contracts down the track where you need more lawyers and time and money. Stay the course and be patient and fingers crossed, we'll be rewarded in the long term. DYOR
