AFI announced that its NTA fell 18c or 2.9% during December.
They also announced disposals of $370m and acquisitions of $155m during the 6 months to December, ( mostly related to takeovers ), so they must have quite a bit of cash in the bank.
Interestingly, AFI also disclosed disposal of $18.7m worth of Centro shares. It appears to be the only large sale they disclosed which was not related to a takeover. They didn't say when they sold them, or for what price.
The September 30 update from AFI indicates that, at that time, Centro was not in their top 25 largest holdings, and that their Centro holding at that time was therefore less than $68, dollars worth.
