Crappy operational result . MD resetting the business is good . increase land value good . The fact they are recognising things need to change is good but I think we may see some continued price weakness off the back of this result . I sold my personal holdings at 1.155 and 1.16 but decided to let the SMSF holdings ride. I will look to buy back personal holdings at 1.05 ish as I need a little more safety margin /NTA discount off the back of this result
