The non current assets are more than likely to be soar coins. You can't sell goodwill. The only way of goodwill or intangibles going down in value is through a diminution (write down). That would not show on cash flow, it shows as a reduction in profit or an increase in loss.
When I spoke to Jason a few months ago, he said the "other assets" were the soar coins. How they could sell some given the rift with Soar labs is beyond me. But nothing this company does surprises me!
Maybe they had some tech equipment they sold - who knows. Everything that happens with this mickey mouse outfit is everything that shouldn't hasppen!
