If i remember correctly, pb did in fact address the recovery factor issue, in a globe presentation a year or so ago..
He stated that they were much higher than what is reported in some places..
I think he mentioned this eog outfit and possibly a number like 25% etc..
For the hrz it will obviously have to be seen to be believed)
