A flurry of activity before xmas sees the three cases involved on the cauelist to be heard. One case appears to have been finalised before xmas but no mention anywhere of the outcome. The remaining two were listed again for final hearing before xmas and now NOTHING! :-(
Frustrating, frustrating frustrating! I'm not sure how much longer I can hang on waiting.
Maybe the judge has gone on holidays.
Whilst I think their other projects have some long term merit I just can't see this moving anywhere until D7 is finalised one way or another.
Can someome wave a magic wand please. :-)
