I just realised this said "non-executive". If there are any corporate lawyers on this thread, what a laugh hey. That's like saying Ohh no I don't owe the same directors duties as an executive director.... but I'm am responsible for overseeing all the executive directors. Ah yeh right mate. Just makes me laugh that so many directors (all companies) try on the non-exec title when it really offers them zero risk mitigation. Whatever helps em sleep I guess!
