So if we have enough funds till finance then why do we need further dilution???
Could be he's making sure there's enough money in the kitty in case we dont hear anything significant on the news front and options dont get converted.
Open to interpretation as to why...perhaps he could elaborate on it.
He's hopeful that shareholders will exercise their right!!!.
