I will resume you the situation I know.
I know someone working for SK innovation. Basically the factory they are building in East Europe is for luxury cars.
Customer said clearly he doesn't want DRC cobalt for these kind of cars. Not saying they won't use DRC cobalt for average middle class cars but not for the luxury ones.
