So we have 6 months worth of cash til its lights out or a CR in the coming months (which I anticipate).

So with a Capital raising more that likely what would it look like and mean for current share holders.

Lets say SP drops and settles on 8c...
Company will do a 20% and issue shares at 6.4c? Last capital raise was 3.8mil. To be over conservative and extreme here, lets say that raise the same amount (roughly 12 months worth to keep lights on and Moti's fat pay cheque each month).

That would me an extra 60,000,000 shares added to the register. Bring the total script up to around 200,000,000. Which is actually still a very tight script.

But who the hell would want to but this stock I hear? well well well....

Mr Amiram Bornstein and Ariel Malik.

Both substantial holders with around 8% voting power respectively.

Geez $dingo, why would the hell they ever buy into DTZ more, surely they know this stock is turning into a dog?

Lets look at their involvement with previous CR and Floating on the market.

They actually participated in previous Capital raising and "AVERAGED UP" in their buy in... Yes that's right folks... averaged up. "I must admit I actually missed this in my research". The market always takes capital raising as dilution however smart money took it as an opportunity.

12 mil shares @ 12c
18.3 mil shares @ 18c

So these guys would more that likely buy sme more if DTZ went back begging. However coming back for a 3rd time asking for more Money and Time would be at a cost for the retailers as I could see them raising capital and then throwing on free options to by at 10c etc with a 2 year hold or something like that.

In saying all this, i've seen stock bit 10x their current in less than a 6 month period... and all DTZ needs to to actually make some bank and get some deals signed, and the above will not be applicable at all.

GLTA and hope Moti is enjoying his paid holiday.
