They offered an equivalent price of 80cps in early December which was around a 33% premium to the SP at the time - probably a much larger premium to the 30 or 60 day VWAP (possibly 50-60% of 30 day VWAP).
I think the offer will be larger for AGO. I would estimate the 30-day VWAP at around 2.4c and I’d expect around a 50% premium so 3.6c is on the cards - I’m speculating.
