Von, maybe this is not one of your good posts? is there any?
yes Nigel indicates it could take awhile to build the road. ML says the same thing. you may not understand this?
a 20 ton GVW is hardly a road for a mining need but it is a road to get the ball rolling with a mine being built. The bridges would be the only limitation. However these issues are also not a issue as you have bypasses. You know those little detours when new highways are in construction? So if they can get heavy haulage in now and in the wet then i see no real issue in the dry. But haulage need for higher needs such as plant site equipment may come with a permit as is done in many places along with a speed restriction. The road once sealed and finished would obviously be suited to far greater combinations which would also mean much higher GVW.
So your comment had no meaning and cannot show any differing opinion between what the company has said compared to ML. So your point was?
