    Quite right. Takeover talk is way premature BUT CVI has extra protection anyway. Takeover won't happen unless "prominent Angolans" want it to.

    Cameroon Govt and Angolan Govt must give approval to any new permit assignees. A bit of a close word in govt ears... govt says new assignees are not approved.... no point in takeover HaHa!
    Might be hard not to give approval to BHP though :)
