Nb: Not in any way promoting the class action just being informative and completely your decision what you do from here.
I believe shareholders will receive something but not much from sale to Ezibuy - recommendation from Gadens was to accept the proposal as it's essentially better than nothing from no sale of anything.
Regardless of outcome of sale to Ezibuy, I understand Gadens are continuing class action against Directors.
