The global monetary system has a breaking point and that point is approaching real fast. There will be a day when all the major central bankers get together to work out a new monetary system when the USD is seen as a great liability for the international trade system. A restraint needs to be placed on the ability to expand supply of money. Gold has a role to play there. If you don't see this, then indeed there is no great advantage in gold or gold stocks.
