If there is a big resource upgrade as expected and the upgrade to increase overall throughput including 'fines' then there will be more than 1 or 2 large entities sniffing around. As this type of play at the beginning of a cycle where product 'x' is expected to be in exponential demand for the next 3-5 years minimum I would like to think there could be a bidding war - though a lot of backdoor deals get done to avoid the expense and redistribute to massive gains to already dominant players.. experienced first hand in a few CSG related takeover deals some years ago now.
