Disagree, this announcement should have been released Tuesday at 8.00pm. Visual spodumene intersections with some pictorials and a disclosure paragraph on the ML twits, it would have taken a few hours only to knock this announcement up. Poor form is poor form, not a good look.
My interpretation for the voluntary suspension is that the Perth Lab has let the company down as it was anticipated by the BoD that some of the assays (1st hole) would have been ready for release yesterday morning, hence the now rushed out announcement so that trading could recommence.
This means that first assay results could be emailed to the company early next week for the 1st drill hole and reported to the market immediately or they may wait for assay results from the three drill holes before making a bonanza of an announcement as they infer.
A timely reminder is that MO18DD001 returned a then record 295.05m intersection from 62m down hole of spodumene bearing pegmatite. I am anticipating that a world record mineralised assay intersection of +294m @ 1.5%+ Li2O is returned from MO18DD001 as only 0.12m of the intersected spodumene bearing pegmatite was not in fresh rock. Samples were reported to have been dispatched for assaying on the 6th March
Regardless of the above timing the quarterly is also due by the end of the month, a more homogenous newsfeed should be delivered from here on. Here’s hoping they surprise as with results from the then record-breaking drill hole MO18DD001 early next week, an improvement on continuous disclosure is in order. Many are watching now.
Today, exit out stake stock holders and day traders. My wellies are overflowing. Exciting times ahead for AVZ shareholders only, wouldn’t want to be left on the sidelines from here on … Bye …

“Given the continued support from drill intercepts to date, we have also upgraded our exploration target for the entire project, to be between 1Bt to 1.2Bt of 1.25% to 1.5% Li2O, including between 300 and 400MT of 1.25% to 1.5% Li2O for the Roche Dure pegmatite alone”. … Mr. Klaus Eckhof, AVZ Executive Chairman, 12th September 2017.

Hi Mistie. I remember reading the statement "....as only 0.12m of the intersected spodumene bearing pegmatite was not in fresh rock" and figured it must mean something good but I have no idea. Any chance of a quick geology lesson on the significance of it or a pointer in the direction for me to find it please? Cheers in advance.
