Wintonstock - Agreed, imo this stock could go past $30 in 3-4 months, for the following reason:
- BNB historically underpromises and overdelivers on earnings. BNB made an announcement a week or two ago stating that they will increase earnings by 45% from the previous year, and have a substantial pipeline for 2008.
- 2007 results should come in soon.
- BNB stock is volatile, some of the downward pricing seems to be driven by the naturally high volatility, and it appears to have a beta higher than the all ords, and will react to DJIA movements with greater propensity.
IMO, long term hold is the best option if you want to ride out volatility, and pick up as much as you can afford without being margined out if the stock hits a lot lower.
Thats all imo, dyor.......i could be wrong.......i personally will be buying at these price ranges....
