    Npt exactly, it's basically MC saying I can't do anything about this BUT I have Spinco as as an alternative offering for SH. I would have preferred a bigger share in AMAL. What's the worst that can happen, low ball offer at 60c and we all move onto the next best thing. On the other hand I could be wrong.
