I had some free time this afternoon and did some research on who was distributing Fillerina in Australia.

My ferreting took me to:

I randomly called the company and Hugh got the phone. After asking a few leading questions about the product and distribution; Hugh informed me his parent company http://www.aventionglobal.com/ has the exclusive rights to distribute Fillerina products in Australia and New Zealand.

I asked Hugh if he had ever heard of Cellmid or Advangen or Evolis and he said none of the names sound familiar to him.

I then went on to ask Hugh if he was aware of a recent asx announcement by Cellmid informing the market that Advangen had secured the exclusive distribution rights to the products. He was unaware of this so I sent him the asx announcement and we agree to chat 30 minutes later.

I phoned Hugh back and he advised that after speaking with the owner of the parent company they have sent an email to Labo for an explanation as they aren’t aware of anything.

Hugh informed me that aventionglobal.com presumably would have a water tight contract for exclusive distribution?

Anyway, I emailed Maria asking for a reply and advised if I didn’t hear back from her I would put it to the forum and seek a possible explanation.

On a positive note Hugh did say the product has very strong customer loyalty and reoccurring sales. They have plenty of stock in the warehouse to meet strong demand.
