I also received a letter from Mr Purcell and was surprised that it did not come from the Company which would have been the proper avenue of redress according to protocol . Mr. Purcell did not answer some very damaging questions posed in the earlier Board's letter and it is my belief he has been trying to take over the company for some time especially when it was cash rich. Let's face it, the company is now in better shape than it has been for some long time (since the NSW government forced a buy out of the leases). Purcell's track record with other company dealings does not appear to be constructive to say the least. I believe, IMHO, that we should vote with the Board and not with Mr Purcell. The Board has gone through trials and tribulations and has pulled the company up from it's devastation by the NSW government (shame on the pollies who wanted to protect their positions). Now is the time to remain united and vote with the Board........Good luck to all the long term faithful shareholders.
