but where were the auditors ??????. the company's accounts need to be independently audited, and it would be a bit hard to slip past slip past $1b of short term debt, as long term debt. centro was not some dodgy west australian exploration company. indeed a dodgy west australian exploration company would not be able to get away with something like this
