The millions in the bank , 3 and a bit, as per the last report if my memory serves me correctly, were used to pay the last Investec debt repayment and any other millions are accounted for in the March quarter as I see it. "Back office" is in with the AISC? There are other minor debts not considered.
One concern with just scraping by the last couple of months/with next to F/all - the disclosure rules, which I am not to privy with, are a bit shady within the corporate tootbox and I would not be at all surprised if Slim's shady deals have already taken place and are just awaiting release at the appropriate reporting period in small print. Something to the effect of " capital raise for sophisticated investors up to 15% which is not required for shareholder approval and disclosure".
Hopes I'm way peesimistic on this one..
