NKP prediction

Just back from a run, clear head..... I’ve been thinking, and this is my prediction....

Zijin offer low ball 8c... which we all know IS NOT fair value - and so do they

They have indicated that they intend to have a “fairness opinion”/report completed. Well, unless that has already been completed, for the report to come back with 8c would be conveniently and completely contrived....

I think we will see a fair value range of 10c - 14c (just a guess from me, no science) from their “expert” leaving a midpoint of 12c... they know that this asset is worth we’ll more than 8c, why else would they want it... but they will have instructed and reviewed the report which will still come back low, just not as low as 8c.

At a 10c low point, it is what they paid Genorah, and then arguably they have paid them a premium, as technically Genorah should get a discount as they stay along for the ‘free ride’.

High point of 14c is just a guess, might be lower, but wouldn’t have thought too much. I just can’t see how and independent fairness valuation can come in at a contrived ridiculous low when we all know that this is worth a hell of a lot more, as one of the richest platinum resources in the world...

Going in at 8c has set the bar low, which was intended, start low and aim to finish low is their strategy. It effectively caps the price, as people see it as a risk in buying up to this price. At 8c they may have also wanted to see what shook from the tree.... not much at all has shaken out... and whilst I don’t think this was their MO it just shows how much the shareholders think that this initial offer is rubbish...

Anyway, that’s a penny for my prediction, I expect a readjustment if the offer upwards, and expect it in the next two weeks....
