No, its time to be cautious across all small caps IMO., am sure you have read my Its Over and Tech Stocks Compared daily commentaries. I sounded the alarm bells in early February , here as well as in BUD and BIG forums.
I just found a $33m mcap company that has $46m annual revenues and $4 annual profits and made me wonder if efficient market hypothesis is really BS. The company is not tech and may not have that visionary growth but it is not bleeding but is unloved.
