What's the best strategy here ?

The day of the TO I relinquished half my shares and am now free carrying. Was this a good idea or not ?. I've gotta say I'm now well in profit after a year of holding. I was getting a little nervy about this one for a while, but could see that it was well oversold. So, with a free carry ( I'm prepared to start buying again if the opp presents ) I can't see I've done too badly. I can under stand long termers would be somewhat disgruntled atm, what's your thoughts on what I did. GLTAH...
