I doubt you'll get in for 3x current sp. I have a feeling that if/when signed contracts come through from UPS or SILA there will be a halt.... rerate.... and open at $1.40. No getting in at 38c or something, that would be too easy of a decision to make. Sentiment is load up til Ann's arrive
