I think it is very significant - it is not just a change in name, it is a change in concept. Instead of selling boxes and wires, now we are selling risk management.

Boxes and wires - some nerd in a cubicle has to choose it above other boxes and wires
Risk management - the board has to choose between covering their @$$ at shareholders expense, or personally taking on financial and possibly criminal liabilities.

Chris obviously knows what he is doing and I see this as a fantastic re-positioning of what the combined companies have to offer.

The recent share price movement may be a factor of the stock hitting a chart resistance level around 18c. Announcing some more good news should push through that.
