Exactly, the entity had engaged in a contract and cannot break the contract without awarding damages. If every entity wanted to back out of a contract without incurring damages and lawsuits they would go about things in this manner.
Secondly as aforementioned MIN have shares in PLS and such actions would be detrimental to MIN. As i see things, it would appear that MIN has the intention to further their interests in PLS through securing port facilities and gaining an increased revenue from others that may need to use the facilities in the increasing demand for lithium.
