As we noted in the MD's address at the AGM the Company continues to move
forward to secure advertising contracts for sites in the United States and
Europe. To this point negotiations are proceeding as expected and
we anticipate conclusion in the near term. Unfortunately, we are only able
to make announcements as and when such deals and transactions are concluded.
Rest assured we will make those announcements as soon as we are permitted.

We urge shareholders to be patient as the Directors remain confident in
relation to Lumacom's long term future.
