    IMO- Bots.
    3 decimal places not allowed for Us investors.
    Just overloading the sell sides. Buying on the low side then letting it rise and selling into it.
    Low volume days easy for the sp to drop. Sellers needing to pay off credit cards or mortgages or living have to pay with a pound of flesh.
