    What does that make them at 5.6 cents. You don't spend millions buying in at a premium unless you know more than the average punter. Neither do you load up at 7.5 cents unless you think they are worth 20, 30, 40 cents plus. The chart says buy, the fundamentals say buy and the inside word is even stronger.
