Well I think this halt is merely a mattter of prudent compliance.
In the course of transfering management roles and leadership, I believe the Company has been carefully reviewing the Harper/Sproule numbers for the LGP.
Like Fbx, I have been receiving quite a positive vibe recently, so I wouldn't expect any real surprises.
And as Chill has noted, cost contingencies were built-in to the blueprint - and the construction schedule, while tight, seems entirely plausible.
Guess we just have to wait for Wednesday's news.
