We will have to wait and see what the announcement is obviously , but if what is being rumoured is correct , it will be hard to fathom :
(a) Why they would need to go for another CR so soon after the last when there is already a contingency built into the first set of figures
(b) Why do this so early into the contruction program for such a small amount because presumeably we are only about 15 - 20% complete (company to advise presumeably in the announcement given schedule is mentioned)
(c) If it is for such a small amount , why not reduce/defer the drilling by 10% for the year and go for the CR late in the year when the plant is nearly finished .

Maybe that is what some of the issue was about earlier in the year ...........they didn't want to move any money out of the drilling budget and into the plant budget .........so shoot the messenger .......mmmmm ?
