You're not exactly one for putting forward practical ideas.
You should be right on top of DR. Export credit arrangement etc etc.
If you deal in Africa you need to make sure everything is almost close to perfect, otherwise the project goes no where. Scores of examples. KFE has unacceptable risks from many angles.
All eyes are on what the new consultants can muster. Thats the 10% chance
