On the negative side the shares dropping 20% before trading halt is a bad indicator (unless someone knew of an impending halt and wanted out for no other reason.. )
On the positive side it's 4 weeks before Feb 15th.. perhaps a deal is imminent on something.. by a trading halt being called on a friday perhaps that gives them two extra days to nut out some sort of a deal..
