    Zfx market cap = 5.6bn apx
    Cash held = 2.5 apx
    Hence 45% of market cap is backed by cash at current sp. A sp of $8 would mean over 60% of market cap would be cash. Hence talk of $8 is BS.
    I doubt zfx would overpay for agm in this situation.
