why are some posters bagged, page-4

some posters - up or down - trot out the same unsubstantiated bs over and over. People get sick of it.

If people have an argument for a rise - or a fall - then it should be posted with a reasoned supporting argument.

the "It's gonna fall to hell and never get back up again" posted over and over, or the "you are all dumb losers" without a hint of justification is not good enough.

There are many things about this stock that no one mentions. I have not yet seen a logical breakdown of the companies cash flow at the old interest rates compared to an estimate of what they would be assuming a new higher rate.

I have seen heaps of posts stating that commercial real estate in the US is loosing ground at the same rate as residential. But no one has posted any links to describe the rate that assets are depreciating - which is what you need to estimate the asset value of CNP.

Simply put the quality of thought and analysis of many posters here is childish - and that annoys posters who are trying to take a rational look at the problem.

You can understand why some people trade - successfully against the sentiment of posts on HC....
