They have until Feb 15th to come up with a plan to tackle the refinance and/or assets sales and/or equity positions.

They are working through possible suitors to buy into/take equity stakes in/ or sell assets to over the next 4 weeks......as stated in the previous anns.

What part of that do some not understand.

if asic wanted to go them for trading while insolvent the anns would already be out....

if they were to be put into liquidation....well thats actually not feasible from what I understand as they have been given (fact) until Feb 15th......so how could this be possible.


The only way would be if their income source was less than their repayments schedule.... and their assets were all re-valued and showed negative equity....highly unlikely.

So I will welcome the anns to come regarding something in relation to my first paragraph and second paragraph...

I hold CNP shares...
