this may not be the beneficaries of the 2 mill shares. It may have been just someone who got wind of the coming placement and bailed hoping for a cheaper entry. CVI imo have always run a tight ship in regards to leaks but it would surely be impossible to stop all leaks all the time. Anyway, the stock would have been sold down to this level straight after the ann. had there not been a leak. With so much news on the way i doubt too many here would be willing to risk that cheaper entry.
