If my recollection serves me..Sholom's announcement was QBL expected to be in a position to pay dividends but gave no timeline, I would expect that if not late 2018 then certainly 2019 would be their target for dividends or he would not have raised them. I personally would be happy to wait well into 2019 for dividends provided that the company is still meeting objectives, growing market share of hemp industry & making headway into the medicinal marijuana market. However if we are receiving strong revenue from the hemp & the books are well balanced between consolidation, expansion & share holder interests then modest dividends at the earliest possible time would certainly consolidate the sp & give holders confidence in QBL's future but also protect the sp from bad retreats & dumps we are currently experiencing.
