I think that is a very near sighted justification for selling, as the added liquidity in the stock may aid in the increasing in a partnered stock that may offer a controlling stake and thus increased control in the overall job. It can be increasingly beneficial what is being done! Monday (or early next week), will bring the remaining pieces and should offer a significant rise in SP.
