if the demand is there people will buy.
pretty simple.
more than interest rates effect demand.
economic policies determine interest rates, not whether houses are affordable or not.
its like saying the stock market is going to crash because i want to pay $25 for nab instead of $39.
majority of home owners dont sell there homes when the housing slumps, yet a lot of people sell there shares when the market falls.
for the short term property looks positive to me
