the methods being used to value stocks are irrelevant if the market is dropping this quickly.
theres plenty of companies who may be lucky to pay divs this next year or so - let alone sustain them.
ensure you are investing in a company that either doesnt have to refinance debt too soon, or has strong sustainable cashflows, no matter the conditions anywhere in the world.
cash is your friend - be happy with anything green this year.
